Crisp Co, GA – Child Dies in Fatal ATV Accident on Penny Ln in Crisp Co

Crisp Co, GA (September 11, 2021) – Authorities reported a fatal ATV crash that occurred in Crisp County on Thursday evening, September 9.

Troopers with the Georgia State Patrol said a child died after the ATV accident. According to deputies with the Crisp County Sheriff’s Office, first responders arrived at the scene shortly after 7:00 p.m. The incident reportedly occurred on Penny Lane.

EMS transported the child to an area medical center by ambulance but the victim passed away shortly after their arrival.

No one else suffered injuries in the incident, according to the CCSO.

The age of the victim was not released. Authorities provided no further details but they say their investigation is ongoing at this time.
