Atlanta, GA – Multi-Vehicle Crash with Injuries on I-75 Near 10th St
Atlanta, GA (November 27, 2021) – At 6:38 p.m. on the evening of Saturday, November 27, a multi-vehicle crash with injuries occurred in Atlanta.
According to Atlanta Police, the accident happened in the southbound lanes of I-75 around the area of 10th Street. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided with each other due to reasons that are not yet known. The vehicles were left with extensive damages and had to be towed from the scene.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims sustained injuries as a result of the accident. The injured victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment, though their conditions are not yet known.
Due to the severity of the accident, two center lanes of traffic were blocked for a period of time. Police urged those in the area to use Northside Drive as an alternate route.
The investigation into the circumstances of the collision continues.
